Tickets are non refundable, non transferable or endorsable to any other person.
Arrive at the Aerovirtual Terminal in Santa Fe up to 120 minutes before your flight; check in and board the Shuttle, and we guarantee that you will make your flight. Only in the case of a missed flight due to causes attributable to the Shuttle 100 service, the customer will be granted an electronic credit of a value equivalent to the amount paid as the fare for the contracted air transport service, on a one-way flight with the city of Toluca as the point of departure. Additionally, the customer who loses his or her flight due to causes attributable to the Shuttle 100 service will be protected by the terms of the Civil Aviation Act and its Regulations.
Here you can board our Shuttle and we will transport you to the Toluca Airport.

You can pay for it at our Volaris Santa Fe Virtual Air Terminal. The fee for this service is MXN $60 (about $7 USD)but if you pay on web is MXN $50 (about $4 USD).
•If you print your boarding pass: Web Check-in (between 72 to 2
hours before your flight departure), you can go directly to barding gate to take
the Shuttle, as long as you are not documenting baggage or if you are traveling
with carry on baggage.
•If you print your Boarding pass and also you have luggage
to check in, you must stop at the counters to proceed with the established luggage
inspection and registration procedures.
•We have an expansive parking lot where you can leave your car. The fee for
this service is $10 MXN per hour (less than $1 USD) and $100 MXN per night. And
if you landed in Toluca airport with Volaris, you can also use our Shuttle to take
you to the Volaris Santa Fe Virtual Air Terminal in Mexico City. Just show your
boarding pass and your Shuttle ticket.
Central Tlalnepantla (Mexico City) / Toluca
Tickets are non refundable, non transferable or endorsable to any other person.
• If you are in Mexico City and you wish to use our Shuttle service, you must show up at Central Tlalnepantla, two and a half hours before the departure of your flight. The fee for this service is MXN $110 (about $7 USD) per customer. You can ask here for the payment of the Shuttle or at Central Tlalnepantla.
• And if you land in Toluca with Volaris and you want to go to Northern Mexico City, you can also take our Shuttle to Central Tlalnepantla. The fee for this service is MXN $110 (about $7 USD) per customer.
Hermosillo
Tickets are non refundable, non transferable or endorsable to any other
person. To use this Shuttle service you must:
- Be at the terminal, at least 2:30 hours before the departure of your flight.
- Arrive at the estimated time, according the bus departure from the city you are
going to board the Shuttle.
- To board, please be sure to have your confirmation code as issued by the system, reservation code, printed boarding pass, and an official form of ID.
- Pay the Shuttle’s fee. You can do it at volaris.com.mx (Shuttle banner)
or at Hermosillo Bus station.
If you land in Hermosillo:

After landing get all your luggage.
- Service from Cancún Airport to the hotel zone finishing its trip at the shopping center “La Isla” is free of charge.

Schedule and date changes are permitted only if you request them at least
two hours before your Shuttle boarding. You can
ask for them via CallCenter 01-800-122-8000 or if you are in
the US, you can dial our toll free number, 1 866 988 3527.

If you don't request your schedule or date changes at least two hours before your
Shuttle boarding, you'll lose the amount you paid for the service.
The service to/from all cities served within the state of Sonora connects at the Hermosillo Central Bus Station
Cancun.

To use this shuttle service you must:
- Bring with you your reservation code or your boarding pass and your ID.
- Cover the cost of the service. You may do so at volaris.com.mx (by clicking on the Shuttle banner) or by calling: 01 998 847 4749/01 998 126 9237.
- After landing get all your luggage.
Shuttle services to and from the Cancun Airport to and from the Hotel District and Downtown Cancun, available for sale at www.terraris.com.mx or by calling: 01 998 847 4749/01 998 126 9237, at a charge of $100 MXN per person, round trip. This service is offered to Volaris Customers by Mayatours.
Sale of the return portion will take place on board the Shuttle upon arriving at the hotel or arriving in Downtown Cancun. Mayatours staff will indicate to the Client their scheduled time for pick up at the airport, to be sure to make the flight on time. For those who choose to depart from Downtown Cancun, please call 01 998 847 4749/01 998 126 9237 to schedule pick-up time.
Puebla.

To use this Shuttle service you must:

two hours before your Shuttle boarding. You can
ask for them via Call Center 01-800-122-8000 or if you are in
the US, you can dial our toll free number, 1 866 988 3527.
• If you don't request your schedule or date changes at least two hours before
your Shuttle boarding, you'll lose the amount you paid for the service.
San Diego/Tijuana.
Tickets are non refundable and non transferable to any other
person.
• To use this Shuttle service you must show your visa and passport (if applicable).
• For departures from San Diego to Tijuana Airport, check our schedules here and present your boarding pass or reservation code, passport and valid visa (if applicable).
• For departures from San Ysidro to Tijuana Airport, check our schedules here and present your boarding pass or reservation code, passport and valid visa (if applicable).
• For departures from Tijuana Airport to destinations beyond San Diego, check our schedules here and present your boarding pass or reservation code, passport and valid visa (if applicable).
• $15 USD ($200 MXN) Tijuana Airport from/to Downtown San Diego, CA.
• $10.50 USD ($140 MXN) Tijuana Airport from/to San Ysidro.
• In the Greyhound Station you can only buy flight tickets and get your boarding
pass, you can't check your luggage until you arrive to Tijuana Airport.
• Children under 15 years must travel
accompanied by
an adult.
• At the airport, you must be at boarding gate 30 minutes before
the departure of
your flight.
• Volaris does not guarantee
you will cross the border. We strongly recommend that you have all documentation
needed
for this process, and that you follow and obey all. Volaris will not be responsible for any measures taken by Immigrations or Customs, such as any detentions.
• Whe you cross the border, be sure to declare all the items your
carry, including any meat, plants, animals, vegetables and fruits items.
• Plan your trip accordingly. Should you have any questions about the items you are allowed to carry, please check first by visiting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection web page at www.cbp.gov for detailed information about prohibited and permitted items.
• We suggest that you are certain of your using the Shuttle service because we will not refund your payment.
• Schedule and date changes are permitted only if you request them at least
