The Volaris Shuttle web page uses Pop-ups; these are usually blocked by Internet browsers or their toolbars. You need to allow these Pop-ups for the correct operation of the site.
For Internet Explorer:
If you enter the terraris.com.mx page, and a message (like the next image) appears on top;
Or if in the bottom part of the window you see the next icons, your browser or a toolbar (MSN, Google, Yahoo...) has blocked Pop-ups:
 
If you don't see the images, but in www.terraris.com.mx you see the phrase "You will need to enable pop-ups in your browser to work with Terraris" (blue circle), you must allow the Pop-ups following the next instructions:
Tools >> Pop-up Blocker >> Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site...
To unblock Pop-ups you need to follow these instructions:
1. Place the mouse on any of the previous images (blue circle) and click the left button of the mouse; choose the option "Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site" (red circle).
2. Choose the "YES" option in the window with the question: " Would you like to allow pop-ups from ".terraris.com.mx"? "
For Mozilla FireFox
If your browser is Mozilla Firefox, and in terraris.com.mx you see: the phrase "Firefox has blocked the pop-ups" or the icon in the blue circle, to unblock the Pop-ups click the "Options" button and choose the option "Allow Pop-ups from terraris.com.mx".
For Yahoo Toolbar
1. To completely deactivate the Pop-up Blocker, go to the corresponding menu and uncheck the option of block Pop-Ups.
2. To momentarily suspend the Pop-up blocker , push the CTRL key and click anywhere in the screen.
3. To add terraris.com.mx to your safe sites list, click in the "Pop-ups Blocker" and choose the option "Unblock Pop-ups from http://www.terraris.com.mx/".
For Google Toolbar
1. Push the CTRL key to allow the Pop-ups once, when you click a hyperlink in the web page. This will open a new window.
2. So the Pop-up Blocker always remembers www.terraris.com.mx as a safe site: when you enter www.terraris.com.mx, you must click the button of the blocker to add it to the list of allowed sites.
3. To disable the Pop-ups blocker, open the "Options" window from the "Tools" menu and uncheck the option located next to the Pop-ups Blocker in the section "Accessories".
For MSN Toolbar
1. In the MSN Toolbar, click on the right side of the Blocker Pop-up button.
2. Click in "Options".
3. Uncheck the square: "Activate the Pop-up Blocker " and click in "Accept".
